WPC’s Parenting Program provides expectant parents and families with children under the age of two with the education, resources and support they need to become responsible and caring parents.
Counseling: One-on-one sessions designed to teach parenting skills, pregnancy education, and emotional health.
Workshops: Group classes designed to address the emotional and physical aspects of pregnancy and parenting–including childbirth, breastfeeding, and healthy relationships.
Fatherhood Seminars: Classes and counseling that educate and equip fathers in their unique and important role.
Mentoring: Offers new and expecting moms a relationship with a fellow mom who guides and encourages them during their journey.
Earn and Learn: Parenting Program participants have the opportunity to “earn” points to receive basic baby essentials like diapers, wipes, baby food, clothes and equipment.
